So, I have a a 3.69 GPA (College) am an RA, a Program Event Manager, and a member of the Multicultural Leadership Team. Do I have a shot?

Yeah. Make sure you get good recommendations, though. Are you going for grad school, as a transfer student, or what?

College admissions looks heavily at your school rank and SAT scores.

you actually have a threat. yet do you propose American college, or Boston college? they are rather a lot interior of a similar part of score (i imagine American is decrease ranked). besides, note to both. you've many fantastic extracurriculars it is fairly reliable, and they note to the area of political technological know-how. you've a threat!

that's good enough so far, but think about what you want to major in and if you've taken the right classes for it...

Yeah you do ..but please if you decide to go there go look at the campus first. My sister and i visited this summer and fall and it was the absolute ugliest campus i had seen this year.
