So I'm on this site, and I see this product. And there's a bunch of blurbs about what it's good for. But I immiediately thought of one that was so blatantly beneficial to mention that I seriously cannot believe that their marketing department didn't think to add it! I mean, this would probably double thier sales. Hey, it happens; not too often, but it does.
So, what is the legally protective way of securing that selling point before offering it up to the suppliers? My idea has the merit worthy of working out something mutually benficial and I forsee the possibility of retaining monetary compensation for it. So, copyright? Patent? Thanks for any and all competent answers.
