definetly no longer because if the senator or abode of rep is doing their pastime good and the human beings like them, then they don't choose an age reduce or time period reduce. they'd be like ninety 9 and nevertheless have good options for this u . s . and its human beings. we pratically have time period limits now because of elections and human beings ought to nicely be elected if that santor or abode or rep individual is doing a nasty pastime. by having time period limits, we are only throwing away as many good those that are in place of work as undesirable. keep the elections as they're, an amend ment isn't needed

No legally imposed term limits. Some promised to self limit, but broke their promise subsequently, as in 'the '94 Repuke "Contract ON America". America should break THEIR contracts in '08.
