I suspect their diet was mostly raw food, but I believe fire was pretty easily invented. The first thing Noah did when he came out of the Ark was to offer burnt sacrifices to God.

It depends on your definition of "cook". There are some dishes that use no heat, but still "cook" the meat by using acid (such as lemon juice, lime juice, etc.). Obviously, the way they "cooked" food before fire is different than how food is cooked now.

There was no way to cook food before fire. Basically, it was a scavenging free-for-all with consumption of raw meat and any other edible foods that could be located.

They might eat raw food or what we called ''sashimi''.LOL..
They also ate wild berries and fruits.
They also created the fire by rubbing 2 logs or wood together to produce sparks which led to fire.

They didn't. They ate their wildebeest "tartar."

Cooking implies heat, no heat, therefore no cooking.
