I always envisioned either Tom Greene (Comedian... sings the bum bum song) or Rik Mayall (Young Ones, Drop Dead Fred) as Loki...
Although i have to agree about good ol' bugs bunny... we actually did a discordian open ritual at the U.U. Church...where we invoked Bugs as our archtype of chaos...it was a whole lotta fun!
