Saltwater fish drink a lot of water, and excrete a lot of salty urine.

Most crocs live in freshwater, but saltwater reptiles have glands in their heads that 'sneeze' out excess salt.

Reptiles that live in salty environments have special glands to remove the salt. Fish in salty environments simply pass uneeded salt as a waste product.

Fish don't really get rid of salt from them very well, they just rely on minerals in the water. Too much salt in the water for some fish and they will die, too little for others and they will die. In other words they use osmosis.
