Would you flirt and wink at a girl at work? Give her compliments all the time and stare directly into her eyes when you are talking to her even in a room full of people. We had a few drinks a couple of months ago at a business meeting and we were obviusly very attached to each other which is not allowed. He is giving me mixed signals, one day he tells me he has a disfunctional family and tells the guys at work he and his wife are just room mates and then he strats bringing her name up all the time and showing me what he got her for christmas. This has been going on for a long time 2 years and nothing has happened but he always wants my assistance with everything and tells me how much he appreciates me. He notices and comments on my hair, tan, french manicure and everything but he wont make a move. He has told me that he would be in big trouble if he done something out of the way with employees what does all this mean? Will anything ever come out of it? I want him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He wants you, but he is thinking of the consequences that go along with it. Him and his wife may have a "roommate" relationship but at Christmas time he gets her gifts because he feels obligated. He is struggling with leaving and obviously doesn't have the guts to do it. He basically wants you on the side as a mistress but struggles with going forward with it. I know you like him but he will hurt you because he will not leave her. See, men can have two women and be ok with it because whatever is lacking he feels he can have with another which will fill all his needs. Men look to fill needs and will do it this way if the situation presents itself. Romance and a emotional connection is probably missing in his current relationship, and of course sex. No sex = big problems with a man. I find myself considering leaving my significant other because she has no sex drive. He cares about you, but don't take this relationship to the next level because you will end up being hurt. In a perfect world, he would have to leave her and show no signs of going back. He is not ready.

Dear, do not waste your time on married men. There are so many eligible bachelors out there, who are as good as or better than this guy. You can find a hundred of them in your own town, on on line personals, this this weekend !

First of all, you do not want to be a marriage wrecker ! Secondly, if you make him wreck his marriage, and marry you, what about the other girl in the other department, whose hair he liked and appreciated all her assistance, and who is going to be a wrecker as well.

Then you will be a " wrecker " today and a "wreckee" tomorrow !

He is waiting for the "go" signal from you. In his mind, if you make the first move, its not as wrong.

He brings up his wife in case you DON'T want his flirting and confront him. He can deny he was flirting because he was talking about his wife.
