The chances of Iverson going to the Lakers are slim and none. He and Kobe would not be able to get along in the same offensive scheme. They both need the ball. Please don't the wrong idea. Allen is butter. Kobe is amazing. But those two would not be able to play together. It's very rare that you have two very good guards on the same team. That's why the Pistons (Billups, Hamilton) were an amazing team with an amazing pair of guards. No other team in the NBA have a point and shooting guard that are more equal or talented. Maybe one or two teams come to mind but not many. So no Kobe and A.I. anytime soon. But anything is possible.

I would love to see it I don,t know why everyone thinks that they could not play together they are basketball players first and they both want to win I can asure you that if Phill Jackson can get Dennis Rodman to act like he has some sense and win a championship I know he can get A I to listen . Just think A I coming down and taking everyone to the hole then he stills the in bound pass and up high to Coby the crowd goes wild it,s show time on steroids two of the fastest guards in the NBA it will work you heard it here first A I to the Lakers

As Spurs fan, I would love to see that. Kobe and Iverson trying to fit their oversized egos into the same offense. Man, that would be great theater. I hope it happens.

I dont think it will happen cuz the Lakers have no one to offer.
I also don't think that Kobe and AI could play nice together and share the rock.

Slim. He doesn't want to go to the West Coast and the financials aren't there. The Miami heat is the place for AI. especially with Riley lobbying for him.

None. AI takes too many bad shots. Would not be a good fit in Jackson's triangle offense.

I think it will be good for the league if Kobe gets another superstar that they will be able to play with or without Odom been healthy.
