a lot of ppl say shes a poser, but she never actually called herself punk. i dont have any feelings towards her but i dislike her more than i like her cuz she lies. on Punk'd, she pushed a car, but she said she didnt have anything to do with the crashed car. i have respect for her like i have respect for all artists, but im just not a huge fan of pop. what do you guys think?

yea i agree. you have to personally know someone to be able to call them punk. and Mark4Life, what does her makeover have to do with being punk. punk is the inside and has nothing to do with the outside

i think she is beautiful, i like her songs, i think people should lay off her just because she made it in life...so what if she has attitude and drinks and smokes, most people her age do. Normally people moan moan moan these are the ones that are not so pretty and haven't made it anywhere.
Go avril.......or is it just because i think Canadian women are hot..lol
Either way i brought her last two albums, as i think her lyrics ar good and mean a lot to me, oh did i mention she is a hottie :)

I've interviews with her where she has said she is punk and ones where she claims she has never said she was punk. I don't think she's punk at all but I give her credit as an artist. She can sing and I don't know whether she writes her own songs or plays instruments.
She seems to have changed dramatically recently from what I have seen.

She has gotten older and says that she is still punk, but she has just grown up. She is a talented singer, but can get on my nerves when shes all over news because she tens to SPIT on people, i said SPIT. She is a great singer, but if she wants to be famous she should to it the right way.

I'm not a fan, but I don't believe anything I hear about celebrities anyway. It's all a bunch of bull. Avril's pretty tame by celebrity standards anyway.

truthfully i believe that you need to actually know someone to judge them and i met avril while she was shopping and she is a really down to earth person , she didn't have any bodyguards or anything and she is extremely nice

she WAS punk befor her makeover(trustme) thats just her evil punk side not her being a lier. trust me agin i used to like her but... things change... people change...
