Well ... a flutter is a good sign when it's in the uterus ... but it's on the side, huh? Unless your uterus is on the side, I don't think it's conception.
BUT I get that feeling when I ovulate. Is there any chance you're ovulating again? Can you test with an OPK or something to see if you catch an LH surge? Sometimes we ovulate more than once in a cycle ... rare, but possible.
Otherwise, MAYBE it's the egg moving out of the fallopian tube. Since I feel it that way at one end, why not the other?
I think both of those are possibilities. Maybe test for ovulation. If that's not it, watch for implantation bleeding in a few days since it might be moving into the uterus.
Good luck!

I also have that all the time, I don't know what it is but I'm not pregnant. We are also trying to conceive after a miscarrge three months ago at 12 weeks. I've had these flutters for the past three years, my doc says it gas bubbles in my stomach, but it don't feel like gas it feels like a baby moving.(I have four children already this is how I know what a baby feels like inside me). You won't know until you test, GOOD LUCK.
Hope this helps.

It could be that you're pregnant or that there's something else. Now, I will say that I get those little flutters now and I'm definitely not pregnant (I mean, there's NO way right now...if ya know what I mean). You should really get that checked out, but I don't think you're being silly. If it's really anything, it's optimism.

Take at test. Pregnancies are different for everybody. I know a woman who had her period for three months during her pregnancy (not typical so don't worry about that too much). Why ask everyone here anyway? Just a little money and buy a test, and just be safe. God Bless.
