Which countries do you think would be cool to have a pen pal from?

We are doing a project in my French classes … where we can have pen pals from different counties … I already I have one from France but we can choice as many as we want but they cost money per country so which do you think would be cool to have … the countries are:

Italy
Spain
Australia
New Zealand
India

England
Ireland
Portugal
Scotland
Germany
Sweden
Philippines

I would like pen pals in every country in the world. I already have pen pals in: Canada (my own country), the US, Germany, France, Belgium, England, Scotland and Australia. They are all interesting to me. In case you're wondering I currently have a total of 37 pen pals and I enjoy every minute of it!!!

I had one from Thailand when I was a kid, so I'd pick the Philppines. I know people who live in Spain and Ireland, so I technically have pen pals or epals there. I'd love to travel to Italy...so an Italian pen pal would be fun too.

I had pen pals when I was in high school. I had one from Australia and one from Finland. My favorite was the one from Australia.

The Philippines is a good country for penpals.Most people there are well versed in English.

any of them really. they could all teach you about a country other than your own. I guess I would be most partial to New Zealand and Australia since I have family there.
