It's usually not that difficult to hide. I think most people who get caught either don't care or want to be caught. Some are careless and underestimate their spouses. Or worse-- the ones they cheat with tell in hopes of getting to keep them. I say don't do it if you don't want to pay the price.

Usually when we are in a relationship and things are OK we tend not to notice little hints that will tell the tale. Most of use are into the other person deep enough that we just can't or don't want to see what's really going on.
We don't think that our other half would do something such as cheat on us.This is why so many get away with it.

I hate to break it to you, but 3/4 of all the statistics written are made up or fictional honey. Many times they are guessed upon. I know it's a sad number and it even has me wondering how. But I look at it this way, either there are many of us who are still too trusting in the fairytale of love and happily ever after, or there are some REALLY good liars out there and we have sucker stamped on our foreheads.

I got cheated on and he came forward, not caught.

It is easy that is why, Only those that want to get caught get caught. When they do get caught they know that the consequences are good, the other partner is always the one to end up thinking they did something to cause the affair then the hurt one goes on a mission to be extra good. That is why they get away with it, It if for the reward that they get afterwords

It would be very, very easy if they did not get really involved with the people they cheat with. Think about it: When people do get caught, it's usually because the cheating relationship got too serious. So if a person just sleeps around randomly, it would be easy to not get caught. Of course, it is quite easy to catch other things, such as STDs

Because people only see what they want to see.

My first husband had an affair, and I had no idea. When he finally told me, I looked back over the last few months and thought "oh, that's why he was late that night" and "I wondered why he got so tetchy when I suggested..." and so on. But while the affair was actually happening, I didn't suspect a thing.

Sub-consciously, I knew something was wrong, but it never occurred to me that my husband would cheat on me - or maybe I didn't want to admit to myself that he could. So I kept finding an innocent explanation for all the odd things that happened.

They get away with it because people men and women are all wrapped up in their own little worlds, not keeping in touch with their spouses enough. There is too much trust out there. I think once a married person strays, they will never tell their significant other about it, because they don't want to ruin their marriage. They may or may not do it again.....

They do not really get away with it, They have to live with the cheating all their lives. Even if my girlfriend or wife would never find out about me cheating. I would know I cheated . I could not live with the idea that I did something so low. So I will never cheat.
not even so much for her, but for my own piece of mind.I like to live with a clear mind.
