LDL density is anywhere from 1.01 to 1.05 g/cm^3, HDL density is anywhere from 1.08 g/cm^3 to 1.21 g/cm^3, so why is body fat usually listed as somewhere between .90 and .92 g/cm^3?

HDL & LDL are like 'fat storage capsules' used for transporting cholesterol & lipids in the body. They are surrounded by a phospholipid membrane with integrated apolipoproteins for stability. The middle contains different proportions of esterified cholesterol & free fatty acids.
The difference with body fat is that it is mainly free fatty acids and not much cholesterol. In a manner of speaking, it is not 'stuffed' as tightly as the smaller lipoproteins HDL & LDL.

You are not less of a woman, he is ..... I don't know what to call him, other than a poor excuse for a man. In my opinion, he has a major control problem and nothing you can do can please him. No man has the right to treat a woman as he does you. All I could see was red when I read your details. My wife was thin, like you, when we were married, and put on a lot of weight before she died (weight was not the cause). I never, never, ever said anything mean or insulting to her about her weight. All I saw when we were naked in bed was the sexy, beautiful woman I loved. I'm not qualified to advise you, but you might want to see a marriage counselor. If he doesn't get treatment, you're only going to continue to feel miserable. Man, I am pissed.
