Actually yes. I'm Jewish, and so is my mother, however my dad is Catholic. My parents house has over 25,000 light bulbs synchronized to music. My house is slowly becoming just as bright as theirs. Many of my Jewish friends decorate as well. When it comes to decorating to make people smile (especially kids) it doesn't matter what religion you are. Hope that helps answer your question.

curiousg: Yes; some do !!! I have friends, who are Jewish and they erect "Christmas lights" !!! If you read in the New Testament, you will find where Jesus was in celebration in the festival of lights, in His time. Hanukkah ... is a festival of lights !!!

No. However, my wife is Jewish and she's the one who decorates the heck out of our house with the Christmas tree, ornaments, lights, houselights, decorations, etc. She also gets out the Menorah and does her thing, too. It's the way it should be.
