If you pay for the downloads it's legal. Services such as iTunes Walmart.com and Yahoo Music Unlimited fall under this category. If you don't pay for the downloads, it can result in civil or criminal charges against you.

I believe there is a tiny amount of legal stuff on there, butfor the most part everything is illegal. I still like it though and most people don't care that its illegal.
