Well, asides from the head and tail, they do have a top and bottom. There are many species of flat worms. What with flat worms being long and flat, you will clearly see a top and bottom. As for earthworms, and other round worms, I think the difference is alot less distinct, although I'm no expert! Here's an experiment: take a worm, swivel it round and see if it swivels its self back again. Just a thought!
Something interesting about earthworms though, is that they have five hearts!

If you look closely at a worm you will notice its body is made of segments. One of these segments is double the size if the others and is called the saddle. It is more to one end than the other. This end is the head, the other, the tail. If you chop a worm in two, the saddle end will grow a new tail, but the tail end will die.

Worms have a head and a tail even though it looks the same.
I had a hundred pet worms.
They poop to much.
Its like brown stuff oosing out of the tail.
Disgusting.

They definetely have a front and back, I think they can eat upside down if needed... No point in having a top or bottom really ...

They have a head and a tail but can grow a new head or tail if you chop them in half - how clever is that ??? xxxxxxx

Yes they do have two ends. Contrary to popular belief they do also die if you chop them in half.
