whitepages.com is a good sight you can also perform a reverse look up I have done that many times when a phone number comes across on the caller ID and I do not know the number I head to whitepages.com tells me the name address and you can also look at who is in their neighborhood. It is free check it out it might help good luck

you can find the exact address, if you have the county they live in. then you can look up the counties' tax assessor or appraiser website(if they have one). of course they have to be the owner or have their name registered with the address @ the agency.
interested? I have compiled quite a few..... whitepages.com
is pretty decent too

Try www.anywho.com

The only drawback is that you have to know their location.
