i know this doesn't exactly answer your question, but have you thought of leaving it? if the wrinkles aren't too bad and it sits on your body comfortably, you should stick with it. throw on some sweaters, scarves or any type of layers underneath for a warm winter look and voila!

Neat's foot oil. It's made to make leather soft and plyable. I use to rub it into my dad's gun holsters to keep them from cracking and make them soft.
