Its about a guy who moves to Tokyo and gets caught up in illegal street racing, plus he gets caught up with gangsters who he owes money to for losing a race,then he has to find a way how to pay the debt he owes them...obviously does it by learning how to race better, and he wins. Bit predicatable.

an american went to tokyo because he made lotz of troubles(racing) in america. when he arrived to tokyo, he found da parties r better than in america. then he mess up with someone because of a girl. he lose the race in tokyo because he dunno how to drift. afterward someone taught him how to drift, and he got a pay back on da guy tat he lose b4.
