Have you had good times together? Do you laugh with each other? Does he take an interest in your life, rather than just your body?
Have you dreamt about him at all? Sometimes our subconscious knows what our conscious doesn't.
If you have a good relationship, sleeping with him will take it to a new stage, rather than destroy it.
Maybe you should talk to someone that you trust about the situation as talking can often help people come to a realisation.
I think that it is an important decision that you have to make, and there is no rush. If he cares, he'll allow you to make your own decision in your own time.

i wouldn't think so if he's been lusting after you for that long. typically when guys just wanted some butt he'd give up a lot quicker.
don't sleep with him if you're having doubts. if you've already slept with him it might be a respect issue on his part if you're thinking this.
