Rogue. That accent is sexy and she can whoop some series @$$! Plus, she's lead the X-Men a few times, which is a pretty serious task.

Currently, I wouldn't know because most comic books out now are lame.
But when I did buy comics I used to like Psylocke from X-Men, Tessa aka Sage, Emma Frost, the Black Cat from Spider-Man, the Black Widow when she appeared in Daredevil, and Wonder Woman from Justice League Unlimited.
