I'm not sure if you meant Motorola, or if you meant Metro PCS. If it is a Motorola, you can go to this site for support options:

If you meant it was a Metro PCS phone, then I recommend you call 611 and talk to a rep about your options. If it is a warranty related problem, they should exchange it for you, otherwise you will probably have to buy a new phone.
