Has your Dr prescribed you Metformin? That helps regulate the hormone levels. Some women are successful in getting pregnant just using that, others use a combination of Metformin and Clomid (a drug that induces ovulation).

There are a lot of factors at play with PCOS, and getting them balanced out is the trick to getting pregnant.

Check out www.soulcysters.com and talk to your doctor. It can certainly be done, although some women need to take medicines like metformin or do IUIs/IVFs in order to conceive. The trick is getting your condition under control and then finding out what you need to do to maintain that condition while pregnant.
