it depends, if I am sitting down on the bed, sometimes I put both into the pants at the same time
but if I am standing up, most likely the left leg first
and for my arms, my right arm first
but if i am being helped into my jacket I go for what ever she wants

First with the pant put the left leg in first, then with the sweater right arm in.

My Left leg would go in my pants first. As for arm, that would be my Right.

It might sound funny to you, but my left leg goes first into my pants, and my right arm goes first into my jacket.
