You do not resovle anything in Russia. As Churchill once famously said : "I cannot forcast the actions of Russia,. These are a riddle wrapped in a mystery, contained within an enigma" - or something very similar.

Well, Russia has resolved lots of things... and NOT resolved lots of things... which one do you mean????

it definitely changed a lot, but It's hard to say in which way... There are good and there are bad sides of it.. I think you have to live there in order to understand which way is it...
