it is completely safe to swallow but only if it is with your regular partner and he is disease free so dont worry and it also contains proteins and sugars

If you're swallowing semen from a healthy guy there aren't any health risks. There's only about a tablespoonfull of the stuff, and it's mostly water, anyway. Some women can develop a sensitivity to sperm, and I suppose that theoretically you could get a mild allergic reaction or something, but I doubt it.
If you are going down on a guy with an STD, then yes, obviously semen can make you very sick and/or dead, especially if you have any cuts or sores in your mouth or throat. HIV can be transmitted this way, as can herpes and a lot of other stuff.

Sperm is safe to swallow if the person has no STDs! Swallowing isn't more risky in general then simply doing it. No chance of pregnancy with a 69! ;-) Those activities should be done by consenting adults though...

Yes it is fine to swallow and it is a great source of Zinc.

It is perfectly safe, as long as your partner doesn't have any diseases or anything. A lot of men prefer it. My man kisses me after I swallow. If they don't let you tell them you won't do it anymore! haha. Goodluck :)

well .. only if the guy is infected with some kind of STD. Be careful and talk to him about being safe and getting checked. Any disease you can get down below... you can get in your mouth. Good luck..have fun...but be safe.

It's a great question, actually.
Swallowing in and of itself is a non-issue. There is no health reason not to swallow.
The whole safe sex issue is reason to use a condom unless you are in a safe monogamous relationship with someone you can trust your life to. If STD's are an issue then oral sex including swallowing is riskier than safe sex.
