Usually, I sort of use body language (putting on a bored expression, turning a bit away from the speaker in my chair, propping my head up on my hand, and I'm particularly fond of raising one eyebrow)
But, it is advised that if you are angry about a teacher or something, you can usually talk to them in private and discuss what you don't like about the class. You have to be considerate, and have constructive complaints (not "I don't like this class because I hate numbers" or something).
And if it's something that the teacher just can't change, then it's best to just try to get by with it. How long do you have to spend in a class, anyway?
