Why don't you ask him? That's what my friend asked her bf. He obviously said, I don't need anything, but you can always just push him a little (not literally) and ask him what he wants.

Take him shopping one day with you and see what kind of stuff he is into. Or ask one of his friends to find out for you.

My girlfriend is getting me The Wedding Singer.. Idk it was something that relates to us because that was the movie we were watching when something happend, to be honest I forget what. Get him something that reminds him of your guys relationship..
