Overall, I really like her but need small doses. I admire her for being able to make ends meet for her family. She was the penny pincher in her family.

She is very attentive to her children, which is good. She's good at remembering things from conversations. You know like she'll ask about something specific that was mentioned the last time we'll talk. (Something I'm horrible about doing.) She handles her husband very well -- he would, as a husband, drive me nuts.

She is horrible at making decisions. Awful. Kind of spacey. Is very tentative about everything. From the way she talks, the way she walks, to the way she cuts food. No conviction.

But she is strong in her core/heart and is a very loving person.

My mother in law is a mixture of Hitler, Stallin, Lizzie Borden, Marilyn Manson with a little bit of hypocondriac (sp?) thrown in just to balance everything out.

I have 2. One is cool and I like to have her around. The other is nice but always has some drama going on.

Mine is ace. She is sweet, kind, generous, good cook, loving, genuinely nice person. But my husband says she hasnt always been that way. Maybe she's mellowed with age. Hope he turns out as lovely as she is. lol

She's great, got a really dry sense of humour. Sometimes it's difficult to tell if she's serious or not.

She was (she's deceased) a lovely woman who was lonely and had hateful children. She repeated herself, could be amazingly stubborn, and had terribly dietary habits...and smoked. She alternated between driving me nuts, and making me wish I could adopt her when I divorced her (idiot) son.
