Well, animal Farm is a parody of the Russian revolution. In it, Napoleon uses fear as a tactic to dominate over the other animals. If using fear as a tactric of domination sounds familiar, it is because Jack uses it to dominate the boys on the Island. Both societies blindly follow the leader and let their emotions get the better of them.
As far as differences for contrast, the Animals are led to believe that things are going well and the leader is being deceptive, whereas in Lord of the Flies, several characters are aware of the slipping into savagery and chaos, but the force that they try to fight against is just too strong.

Animal Farm is about a society of animals that rebel against their leader. This story symbolizes the Cold War and politcal events occuring back then (with Stalin and Hitler).

I haven't read Lord of the Flies, though.

My answer to you is to read the books and to do your own comparing and contrasting.

Are you also not able to do a web search or does your interntet connection only go to Myspace and YA? I'm sure that if, in addition to reading the books, you did a google search, you'd be able to find many links on your own.
