Do you mean when he fights Gaara in the third part of the Chunin exams? Haha is that where they're at in the Toonami? Anyway, to be honest, he doesn't change to much. Sasuke comes out with black shorts, black shirt (which looks a lot like the blue shirt he wore), and he has white bandages on one arm. Also, he has these things (iI don't know how to explain the way they look) around his elbows. Now, if what you want to know is how he looks after the time skip scene, that's different.
