I just think people shouldn't go around claiming to be Dr.'s and the like when they're really inbred rednecks working down at the Stop N' Shop.

Who are you talking about?
Do you have proof that this person doesn't have a PHD?
It's possible that the person in question has a PHD, even people with Doctorates say and do stupid things (like Howard Dean, an MD).
I doubt that Yahoo would be able to follow up on and prove or disprove his title.
