The only one I trust (most of the time) is myself - and even there I think this trust business is a dangerous thing to play around with. It is the perfect recipe to make one lazy, complacent and vulnerable. The risk-benefit ratio, doesn't justify the fleeting illusion of security that you might get out of the act of trusting. To trust is an innate need that we all have for feeling safe, secure and above all fulfilling the inherent laziness-desire of not keeping our guards up (wits about us) at all times. As far as I am concerned trust is a needy trait that must be taken out of the human equation/experience. Why trust when you can have contracts? Why trust when you can plan? Why trust when you can control? Why trust when you can have fun? Why trust when you can live and let live? Why trust when you know the risks are never zero (in anything)? Why trust when it can eventually lead to pain and hatred? Why rely on default blood ties when you can establish a mutually respectful atmosphere? Why wallow in the ephemeral rewards of trust when you can bask in the enduring pleasures and strength of your strategic planning? Why be needy when you can be strong? .........

BTW: I still think your green eyes and blond hair combination is absolutely gorgeous, but do I have to trust you in order to admire them? If there is any trust (and that's a big IF), it must come in time and naturally. Much like the difference between Lust and Love – personally I would prefer LoveLust. :-)

People are human beings. It depends on the person's moral values. I don't easily trust at people at first move or second time. YOu need to know people's safe and unsafe boundaries for you or not... I do only trust people who would not share my confidante because I know she is a safe. Remember Judges, nurses, doctors, teachers do not mean all them are trusted people to talk, share with... Just use your own judgement and feelings.
