Little Chocolate Doughnuts.

John Belushi was training for another Olympic decathlon meet. He showed America how eating "Little Chocolate Doughnuts" were his version of Wheaties Cereal; they were what made him so strong & fast. Of course, chain smoking cigarettes during the faux commercial was beneficial to his training as well.

Many many to choose. Of the older originals I'd say Samurai Deli
w/ John Belushi

For the middle years, Eddie Murphy with the whole "Buckwheat has been shot. Buckwheat is dead" show

For the newer ones , it has to be Wil Ferrel "More Cowbell"
