Trees are assigned to the birthdates, etc. Why is March 21st the only one assigned to the Oak? What is the significance and importance of this ONE????

:) I should've added: It is Ostara as well.. But there still has to be some other reason why it's the only day assigned to the oak tree.

There is no such thing as "Celtic astrology", at least nothing we know.
Since the lore was orally tradited and only written down after Christianisation, there are only fragments, and we don't know how much editing was done by the monks.
Everything that is said today is 85% conjecture.
My own sources give the month of June, containing the midsummer day to the oak, not one single day.
The only day with a special tree all by itself is the mistletoe at the extracalendary new years day, after the winter solstice.

Because you are wrong. The oak tree is for dates from June 10th to July 7th.

it's the first day of spring. i believe it may be considered some kind of solstice as well, but it's definitely an important day in nature and therefore to the celts.
