ok I need to formulate a peace plan for the current isreali conflict. I have ZERO ideas on how to do this!! Any ideas would be AWESOME! i need someone who feels really strongly about something like this and can give worth-it answers.

A lot of nations do not like to do the work that goes into getting the people's opinion, kind of like the census here maybe send out a representitive or mail out something to they people to ask theie opinions, send the opinions to the leaders and formulate something really off of the people's ideas. Another way to obtain peace is to open up the lines of communication, many do not see the worth that effeective communication has, most problems stem from bad communication, first step to obtaing peace is to create an efevtive communication system. Another step to peace is to try to get the two or more groups to understand theie views and let them now that it is ok not to except the views, but at least seek to understand. Ways to go about this is to first have good leaders who care about the small things and what the people have to say. Hope that this helped.
