You'd be surprised how many people who place personal ads aren't really serious. They're just messing around to see what happens, or mad at a spouse and want to see if any strangers find them interesting, etc. Don't be upset if the bozo didn't answer. After all, what if the bozo did answer? You'd be setting yourself up with a bozo....

No way - if you take little things like that personally you're going to have a really hard time in life. If someone isn't interested, their loss! That's the attitude you need to have.

No. just because someone is not interested in you is not a reflection of who you are but more along the lines of what type they prefer. It says nothing at all against you.
