Yes welcome to the joys of being preg!! It is very normal I had the same problem and it sucked!! What i did is I used a heating pad on my thighs..it seemed to help a little bit..if you walk around for like an hour or so everyday and put the heating pad on your thighs right after for about an hour it will make better but it may not go away till after the baby is born! You are at a really uncomfortable part of pregnancy..its hard and it sucks but its almost over!! Good Luck and Congrats!!

When I got pregnant the first time I had no hips and was extremely skinny and I had the worst pain on my hips and legs and my doctor said that this was my body actually stretching in order for my body to be able to deliver a baby!

It is very important for you and your
child to get pre-natal care from an
obstetrician. You both need professional
care for nine months even if you choose
to have your baby at home. The delivery
of the baby, and the bonding between
both of you will be easier if both of you
are healthy and happy.

Make sure your are drinking enough liquids. Also do some stretching. Part of the night keep a heating pad on, 10min on 20min off. try massaging the area where it hurts.
