i think i have hemmroids, what do i do?

this is really embrassing, but when i go do number two, it really hurts and i have bumps around that area that start to bleed for a minute or two. Is this hemorroids? do alot of young adults get them? what kind of doctor should i go to? they seem to come for sometime then they go away for a little while. I dont know what to do, i just can't take the pain anymore. please help if you can.

Go to Walmart and buy some hemmroid wipes. They might help
