Yes I think they do, but so much gossip to handle.
What about De Niro ? he never lets anyone speak a word of gossip about him. That's a good example for all celebrities.

I think they care only when they do something to ruin their own reputations. Then they run around like chickens with their heads cut off going on every talk show trying to fix their mistake.
