Organic molecules are molecules containing the specific building blocks of life and that are related or produced by life processes. The second part is important. It's sometime fuzzy. But what's important is carbon. Organic molecules contain carbon. They often contain other elements, like hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, phosphorus, and more. Some carbon-containing compounds are considered inorganic. That's where that whole related to life thing comes in. Cyanide contains carbon, but it's not considered organic. Iron carbide is not either. It's a little fuzzy. But life and carbon are the two big things.

By itself, neither. Oxygen, by itself, is a free element, not a molecule. But, put it in a compound with other elements and it becomes a molecule. Unless you know organic chemistry, it's hard to explain exactly what is and isn't organic. But, most of the time, if its in a molecule with carbon and and hydrogen together, it's in an organic molecule, ex: CH3COOH (that's an organic alcohol). You'll also have ketones with chains of carbon (and hydrogen) that have an oxygen molecule attached with double bonds.

Oxygen is inorganic. Organic compounds contain carbon, preferably carbon covalently bonded to at least one hydrogen.

It's inorganic because it doesn't contain any carbon.
