do you know when to stop something/anything from happening or are you the kind of person who easily gives up to temptation..?

i happen to believe so. If I want something I will go for it, but if I am not comfortable, then NO will be said and it will taken seriously.

I give in way too easily for some things.
Like, if you tell me to skip school, fine. If a guy tells me to do other things, and if he's hot, I give in as well.
I think, I'm not the kind of person who has self control. Mostly, I go with the kind of people around me and do what they want to do.
I just live my life as fun as I possibly can, and I don't ever measure the consequences of the stupid stuff I do.

It is getting easier for me to tell people no when they ask me to do something that may inconvenience me.
What I can't say no to is food. I think I am an emotional eater. But no matter how much I have already eaten or how full I am, if I see something that I want, I eat it. I guess that's why I have gained over twenty pounds this year.

I am 50.
I have learned slowly but surely over the years to "just say no".
Too bad it takes so long, pre-teens and teens could benefit a lot from knowing how to say this.

If it's something bad then yes. If it's for something I think is good I would ask a lot of questions and then say yes/no.

I mostly say no if i can't take it anymore. If that person doesn't listen to me, then i yell out the "no" !!!
