I reported Leonardo Dicaprio for spam and advertising.
Which is what it would be - had a normal user asked it.

This celebrity question is being discussed in the "Yahoo Answers" category (check the number of thumbs up and thumbs down on the question if you don't think not everyone thinks they are gee, neet-o, and terrific)
Briefly, why I don't care for them is:

The celebrities answers appear on the top.
The can break any or all of rules and "guidelines" and never get deleted.
They get 5000 answers that are not going to read and/or do any good.
For instance, if you *had* the solution for global warming - would you think "Gosh! I need to tell a celebrity about this right away!"

When there's not a celebrity there, more "real" questions are rotated to the top - where someone who has an important question might get an answer from someone that doesn't view or visit that category - but happens to know the answer.

------ Ok. Others-----
I've reported the id "man" as he/it is answering every question with a quote of the question and a link to a virus.

Some questions which are totally incomprehensible (I can't understand it and they've been there several days and have no other answers, so apparently, no one else could figure it out either.) I hope that in that case, he's notified of the reason, and will maybe restate it so that it can be answered.

"Not a question." Someone states something that's not a question, or more likely states a question and then proceeds to answer it in total in the detail section (without even a "agree?"). Mainly they just want to soapbox about something.

Spam and Advertising - Webs ads. Especially if I know that one or more existing answers are good and this one's just trying to sell some service that will, at best not help, or may make the problem worse (like ads for "spam solutions"). Oh yes, I'm going to buy an anti-spam product advertised for via spam.

"Not in correct language". Once. There were questions asked in German and answered in German, and had best answers to boot! I looked at the person who answered's questions, and they were answered and given best answers by the other guy. Actually, clicking links it appeared to be a least 6-10 of them answering each others questions - all in German (Probably was point-gaming?).

Multiple answers - (Multiple times)
The only other ones I've reported were ones who were just trying to get points. Mainly those who asked the same question multiple times. The dumber ones don't even wait long enough for it to scroll off the page - so they're so easy to see.
Other's I spot because I I remember answering or seeing before.

In this case, some people see one question and answer it while other people catch the other copy of the answer and are trying to answer that one

The person posting the question 20 times doesn't care about the answer, and will never be back to choose a best answer.
In the meantime, people are spending a lot of time answering what they think is a valid, or at the very least - a unique question.
He gets 10 answers per question and using cut and paste, he's posted 20 questions exactly the same and is moving on to do it again.
It's a fast way to get points, but I don't care about them doing that.
The part that I can't stand about is that it's are incredibly wasteful of people's time and talent. At least a stupid question, you can say "that's stupid" and move on. The duplicate questions have 200 people working on a answering a question that the person didn't care about in the first place. And, they go on to repeat others, so they will waste a lot more people's time than that if not stopped.

Other than that, I don't care what people ask as long as it's a question. Have never reported anybody because I didn't like their question or answer.

There are plenty of net-nanny and other software tools out there to protect children or others who don't care for the language sometime used (so I'm not buying that one).

Otherwise, if you don't like the question, skip it - there are more out there.

Yes trolls within the basketball phase mentioned me for no cause in any respect and due to the fact they had been jealous of me for being a Top Contributor. Ive gotten violations earlier than for questions and solutions that didnt even violate the foundations. Ive had two Top Contributor debts suspended I hate trolls and persons who record me for no cause. This is why Im now blockading trolls that record and trolls who reply my query

No, I never have and I never will. It's a free country and we are all entitled to say what we want to rather it is right or wrong. ( however, I almost reported one of those really long avatar guys once but I didn't because I knew plenty of others would....that was plain annoying)
