Actually Hilary broke up with Joel and it was because the age difference was becoming a strain on them. Also, Joel started going out with Nichole before she got arrested, and the reason she got arrested was for a DUI, not heroin.

Yep I heard that. I assumed her and Joel probably did have sex considering how long they went out. But I admire Hilary for sticking up for what she believes in. I read that she wanted to wait until marriage to have sex. Now this is a role model young girls can look up to, instead of Britney, Paris and Lindsay.

Magazines have been saying that she broke up with him mainly of the age difference. On KIIS FM with Ryan Seacrest the 60 seconds of sleez said that joel was always checking on her by asking her bodyguard when she is away.
The news said that she was pulled over for DUI, she had admitted for taking vicodin

joel didnt break up wit hil, hil broke up wit him. joel said so himself wen he was doing a DJ gig. nicole got arrested again for smoking marijuana and driving like a maniac afterwords. and i dont think that they broke up cuz of that, im not sure why they did tho. even tho im not a huge fan of hilary, i think she was better for joel. i hate nicole so much!!!!

nicole was recently arrested for a DUI, she was under the influence of weed and vicadon. In 2003, she was arrested for possession of heroin.
