See if you can find a place that sells "Red Fox Urine". Usually farm stores or "Do-It-Yourself" pest control store will have it. Not cheap,,,,I think a small bottle is $20. But....it does work. I have used it many times and the squirrels are gone!!!! Good Luck!!

You first need to find where they are getting in at because if you just trap or kill the squirrel that is currently living with you, there will be another the next day. Trap the squirrel or hire a pest guy or whatever, then fix the hole immediately if not sooner (often this will be where the shingles meet with the eve - water drip will rot it out over time or behind old gutters). But if you dont fix the hole, all your efforts to remove the squirrel are worthless.
Hope this helps

First I would try mothballs. IF that is unsucessful I would recommend a live trap of some sorts OR hire a pest control person. In most cases all they will use is a live trap catch them and release them into the wild again, the only problem is they are suppose to by law release captured animals in this way within a 2 mile radius as that is their home so the likelyhood of a return is high. If you do it yourself you can release them whereever.

If its possible once they are out if you can seal off the enterance points as much as possible....easier said then done but its like anything give them a way in and they probably will.

Your last option, posion or things along those lines. lethal traps could be used as well.

Hope that helps.

My mom had this exact same problem. We went to the attic during the day and made lots of noise cleaning up their mess so they all left. Then you MUST find out how they're getting in and seal it off with mesh wire. We went on line and got....I'm serious about this.....coyote urine powder....You take old nylons and put a 1/2 of cup or so of this powder in the foot section...cut them off and tie off the top so you have a "ball". We made several of these and tossed them around the attic.....Never saw another squirrel or rat or mouse again!!! Success!

Buy a bag of moth balls. Squirrels hate the scent in mothballs.

Try the mothballs; if that works, great. If not, you can poison them with a small dish of antifreeze. An awful thot, but so is them tearing up your place.

Scatter moth balls around your attic. The little fellows don't like the smell.

Do you have a dog? Teach it to chase them away when he sees them in the yard.
