I try buying some ps3 or ps2 Japanese games but I don't know is work or not so, if u knows please tell me thank you.

The PS3 is region free for PS3 games, so if you want to play Japanese PS2 games, you'll need to get a Japanese PS2.
As for games, you can play them if the game isn't region coded. Most games are most likely going to be region free because it's just cheaper to put all the different language versions of a game into one Blu-ray disks since it can so much information.

ps2 games wont work if there from another country, i tried it. but i heard ps3 works all over. but im not sure.

change your locale setting to japan and it might work. typically designers dont want you to play games that were not released in that country.
