Make sure you have the right memory chips for your main board.

Yes, you have to shut down your PC and switch off your PC from the mains. Take the plug out.

Then install the memory chips into your slots. Touch something metal before handling your memory chips and the internal of your PC.

Please check out your main board's manual for the type of memory you require.

First you need to unplug your power plug. Second you need to find a green and long stick. Which is located near were all the power comes from. Remove that chip and put in the new memory block. The plug your power plug on and your all set.

Make sure it is unplugged and you are grounded to prevent any static electricity buildup. You do not need to remove the CMOS battery. Just pop it in and the clips should close on it.

specific you in simple terms pop them into the unfastened slots and thats it yet you're dropping you cash, no one particularly desires to any extent further than approximately 8gb of ram so the 16gb you have already is extra effective than adequate for any job

Unplug it, open the case, orient the RAM, click it in, close the case, plug it back in...

then you should be finished with that chore.
