do you believe that highschool sweethearts can get married and last forever?
do you believe that if they were virgins when they met, lost their
virginity to each other, and got married that one of them would get the 7 year itch?
do you think that if they didn't get their wild days out of their system in their teen years that they will cheat in their marriage?

You can not predict any of these things. There are examples of couples that never dated anyone else, high school sweet hearts and were married forever, never cheated. I do think it is rare, but possible. It is better to sow your wild oats to prevent infidelity. But there are many people that did go crazy before they married and are still unfaithful. I guess it all depends on your morals, will power and love for your partner.

I do believe they can last forever. I don't believe in the 7 year itch. I've been married to my college sweetheart for 21 years and I still get excited when he gets home from work. I still want to make love to him frequently ( I was a virgin when we married). We grew up together and have experienced things together. If you are experiencing the the feelings you are asking about, there may be even deeper concerns.

I married my high school sweetheart and we are going on 10 yrs. So I think that it is possible.
We were virgins and didn't get the "7 yr. itch".
As I said before, we are going on 10 yrs. and there has been no cheating. We are very happy and comitted. So far so good.
I think that anything is possible if both people are mature, respectful and willing to work things out.

yes it doesn't happen very ofter but it happens.
All the 7 yr. itch is lack of excitement in the bed room the same old same old over and over just gets boring and after a wile one of the two wants something new and will look for it some where else.
they shouldn't have to cheat just because the weren't slutty as a teen roll playing with your spouse works pretty good

There's no right answer to this. I know couples married 35, 40 years who were high school sweethearts.
I also know a guy who married his high school sweetheart, has kids with her, and sleeps around.
I think it depends on the dynamics of the relationship, their communication, and their maturity level.

My parents are high school sweethearts. While their marriage is falling apart, its not due to cheating. It's mostly emotional issues both are afraid to confront. It really depends on one's maturity and willingness to give 100% to keep it going. Sometimes people just drift off, but anything can happen.

yes i do believe that you can fall in love and last forever even from high school, yes it can happen that in 7 years he or she could get some desire to go out and experiment and no i don't think that it has anything to do with getting it out of their system, as long as two people keep it exciting and interesting in the relationship, no one would have to go cheat

The 7 yr. itch....Now perhaps down to 4 yrs..
And the "mid-life crisis" are both events in married life that
must be worked around by the partners if the marriage is to survive.

My sister and brother-in-law were high school sweeties and they're married with 2 children. It's been 5 years since their marriage.....I think they'll be okay as long as he doesn't get that 'rockstar wild side' to him.
