Does anyone know what you different vitamins you can take to help regulate menstration? I would rather do it with vit. then go to a doctor right now. If you have any good information please please answer my question. Thanks all.

Vitamins don't regulate menstruation. Hormones do.

See your doctor for diagnosis and treatment.

Don't waste your money buying something that won't work.

Absolutely yes. Irregular menses makes it impossible to use the rhythm method of birth control.

vitamins will not do the trick. that is a homone issue. you will probably need a type if birth control pill.
