Jay is a nice name for a boy. I don't like the rell part my self. So incase you can't convince him otherwise to change his mind about Jayrell why not go for Jay.
So what about these ideas for Jay:
Jay Alan
Jay Michael
Jay Russell
Jay Alexander
Jay Paul
You also try Jared Jay or Jaden Jay
If at an end you could always combine Jared Jaryell and call him. JJ. Jayrell as in Jerell.

My sons name is Jarrod, so I love that name!
I love the name Jaden too , but not with Jared. Jared Donavan is different. How do you pronounce Saniya? I like the name Emily Elizabeth, and Emma Leigh.

If you go with Jared for a middle name, Jaden doesnt flow with it. If you like "J" names for boy, there is
Jackson
Jason
Jarren
Jeffrey
James
Jamison
Johnathon
Jesse
Jessiah
Josiah
Joshua
there is many many J names. As for the girls name, it is different, but not bad. Good luck to you guys!
